Determinan Faktor Kematian Ibu di Indonesia: Tinjauan Sistematis

Abstract


Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) menargetkan pengurangan rasio kematian Ibu dan ditinjaklanjuti menjadi prioritas kebijakan kesehatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor determinan kematian Ibu di Indonesia menggunakan tinjauan sistematis berdasarkan panduan PRISMA. Dari 488 artikel awal yang diidentifikasi, 9 artikel terpilih untuk analisis mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi dan kualitas tenaga kesehatan, terutama dokter spesialis, akses ke fasilitas kesehatan, dan program intervensi seperti Generasi, PKH, dan EMAS sangat mempengaruhi angka kematian Ibu. Faktor lain termasuk keterlambatan diagnosis dan rujukan serta rendahnya kualitas pelayanan di daerah terpencil. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan distribusi tenaga kesehatan, implementasi program bantuan yang lebih merata, investasi dalam infrastruktur kesehatan, dan edukasi serta pelibatan keluarga dalam mendukung kesehatan Ibu. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka kematian Ibu di Indonesia secara signifikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.
